Someone once said, “If it weren't for people, the ministry would be great.” However, the ministry is all about people, so it’s critically important to learn how to develop relationships and develop them with the right people. When conflict does arise—and it will—it’s also crucial to know how to resolve that conflict according to the Word of God. God’s solution works, but you have to know it to put it into practice.

Attend Bible college, complete the required courses, receive your ministerial license and ordination papers, and then you are a minister, right? Wrong! God’s ways are not man’s ways. This course will help you understand the difference between man’s and God's qualifications for ministers. By the end of this course you will either be determined to prepare your heart or stay as far away from ministry as possible.

This is an overview of the New Testament that notes its place in God’s revelation to man. In this class, students will study the author, historical setting, purpose, and theme of each book; special attention is given to some of the key passages.

This study presents the moral and ethical characteristics of ministry. The focus is on promoting godly character and integrity in ministry. Contrasts between the way God would have things done and the way the world’s system would do them will be covered.

Class Hours: 60

This course covers a series of 48 Bible subjects that are uniquely designed to bring the lost into the kingdom of God, and help them mature in the body of Christ. This course trains and assists the student in presenting these subjects. The student can then use the subjects effectively for Bible studies, cell groups, new believers' classes, mission fields, prison ministries, evangelistic crusades, and to discipline friends and neighbors.

Many desire to do the work of the ministry and operate in the gifts, but Apostle Paul says, “Yet I show you a more excellent way.” Not that the gifts aren’t important but there is a more excellent way and that is love. Teaching on love will be out of 1 Corinthians 13 and other verses.

We will go through the Old and New Testaments to show that God was and still is a God of signs and wonders. We will study the miracles of Jesus and the disciples.

This study goes through the book of James verse by verse. We will discuss trials and tribulations; where do they really come from? We will discuss faith and its many facets: faith in trials, faith controlling our tongues, and last but not least, discussing faith without works, which is truly dead faith.

This class exposes some of the pertinent truths necessary for preparing us for the challenge of the harvest. Learn how to sow in order to reap an abundant harvest and how to discern the harvest that the Lord is sending your way. Learn how to develop the resourcefulness and the expectant hope necessary to stand steadfastly until the harvest manifests and discover new truths concerning the tools and the stamina necessary for reaping the full harvest.

In this class we will discuss the application of fundamental doctrines such as Grace, Love and Faith in a way that will cause a person to live their lives in simplicity and rest, especially in the middle of “storms”.

This class will help you to be a better husband or wife, a better CEO or secretary, a better pastor or sound technician. Our Lord is the greatest leader in the world. In this class you will learn to think in God’s way, the way of leadership.
